What We Do Best

Concrete Raising and Leveling

Brosco Concrete’s Polyurethane raising and leveling prolongs the life of your concrete. Polyurethane can be used in a variety of applications, which allows us to handle any of your concrete raising challenges. This is a fast, and effective solution to settled concrete of any shape or size. Brosco’s method allows for minimal disruption to your landscaping at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

The Way It is Done

Brosco’s Unique Process

Our team starts by drilling small 5/8’’ holes through the settled slab. Next using environmentally friendly expanding foam, our team will inject to repair the failing subgrade. Polyurethane then expands, once the void beneath the slab is filled, operators then accurately and with control, lift the settled slab to its proper elevation
