Polyurethane Concrete Raising & Levelling

Residential Concrete Raising & Levelling

Is your driveway, patio, sidewalk or front step sinking or uneven?

In many cases, settled concrete can be restored without the cost and disruption of replacement. Using polyurethane foam injection, Brosco Concrete can lift and stabilize sunken concrete quickly and efficiently.

Our process is fast, minimally invasive, and allows most surfaces to be used the same day.

WHAT WE DO BEST

Brosco Concrete specializes in raising and stabilizing settled concrete on residential properties.

Whether it’s a driveway, sidewalk, patio, pool deck or front step, our polyurethane lifting process restores support beneath the slab and helps extend the life of your existing concrete.

With small injection holes, minimal disruption to landscaping, and same-day use in most cases, concrete leveling is a practical alternative to replacement.

How Concrete Levelling Works

Small 5/8" holes are drilled into the affected slab.
Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and stabilize the base.
As the foam expands, it carefully lifts the slab back toward its proper position.
The holes are patched, and the area is cleaned before we leave.

Most projects are completed in just a few hours, allowing homeowners to use the area again the same day.

Before Levelling

Uneven concrete can create trip hazards, drainage issues, and an unfinished appearance around your home.

Concrete leveling is a cost-effective way to restore settled concrete without the expense and disruption of full replacement.

After Levelling

The settled slab was raised and levelled using polyurethane foam injection.

The surface is now safer, more functional and ready for immediate use.

Why Does Concrete Settle & Sink?

Concrete settles when the soil beneath it shifts, washes away or becomes compacted over time.

Common causes include:

Water erosion beneath the slab
Poor drainage around the home
Freeze-thaw cycles
Soil settlement over time
Tree roots and ground movement
Poor compaction
Voids beneath the concrete
Damage caused by insects and animals
Polyurethane foam injection fills these voids and helps restore support beneath the slab.
