PolyLevel the Ultimate System for Concrete Leveling Repairs

If you have sunken slabs of concrete the PolyLevel system is the ultimate, latest and greatest way to do the repairs. This state of the art product is so versatile it can be used in any unlevel concrete slab situation. In fact, this product is revolutionizing how leveling work is done.

The PolyLevel® System utilizes high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and level concrete floors and foundations.

Slabjacking has been an industry standard for leveling concrete for quite some time.  Slabjacking is the process of lifting the concrete slab by drilling small holes into the surface of a cracked concrete slab and filling them with concrete.  Unfortunately, sometimes people mistakenly think the two systems are interchangeable.  While both systems drill holes into the concrete slabs, the PolyLevel system holes are much smaller and PolyLevel foam is 30 to 50 percent lighter than the concrete mixes used in slabjacking.  PolyLevel modernizes the slabjacking process and elevates it to its own unique level.

The process starts by boring small sized,  5/8’’,  holes through a settled slab. PolyLevel is then used, it expands to fill the void.  The expanded PolyLevel foam repairs the failing subgrade.  Once the void beneath the slab is filled, operators then accurately and with control, lift the settled slab to its proper elevation.  The foam dries in a quarter of an hour to 90% of its full hardness.  The practice is fast, minimally invasive and additionally it is environmentally friendly.
